Qualifiers Practice Round Information
Congratulations on being a qualifier for the TSWGA Match Play tournament
at Abilene Country Club- North Course.
Here are the instructions for making a tee time for
your practice round at ACC on Sunday May 4th.
Calls to reserve a practice round tee time should be made Starting
Saturday April 12th until Wednesday April 16th. The Pro shop is open
8am to 7pm.
Practice round tee times are reserved for qualifiers from 8am to 10:30
am Sunday May 4th. Should you need a later tee time due to distance travel
the Pro Shop will try to accommodate that request up to and until 12 Noon
when available.
Please call the ACC Pro Shop, identify yourself as a qualifier for TSWGA
and request your desired practice tee time. You may also coordinate with
qualifiers with whom you may wish to play and elect one person to call with
names of all in your desired grouping. If you wish to take any pairing please
indicate that when calling.

Your Seniority rolls over for two years, if you don't play the third year you will lose seniority. Please do not sign up for a tournament if you know you can't play.
TSWGA follows our Tournament Procedures to fill the field and create a Standby/Waitlist.
1 Exempt Players- Champions and the Players who make tournament happen, that comply with eligibility.
2 Seniority Players, that comply with eligibility.
3 Players that Waitlisted but did not get to play in previous year, that comply with eligibility.
4 New Entrants that comply with eligibility in accord with their time of entry.
5 If field still has openings, New Entrants with indexes over our 30.4 index maximum rule may be allowed in the field and will have to play at the 30.4 index.
Your check has to be in hand at the Abilene CC by April 7 to secure your registration is complete to go into player pool.
As early as possible on April 1 the field will be set, and notification will go out to players as well as posted on this site.
You will be notified and can see how close you are to getting in. Your check is held until you accept a spot. Keep in mind that you have an excellent chance of playing.

The Par 70 North Course is designed on 165 acres of rolling hills and lush surroundings. The finished product of both the North and South Courses reflects the scenic country that surrounds Abilene. Each hole employs multiple separate and strategically located tees, including the new forward tee designed for senior women and juniors.
